Consumer protection against high slippage
Aleksey Novykov
End users who use Mento to exchange from Celo to Stable token or other way around often exposed to high slippage (as high as 5% in some cases, when exchanging big amounts of cReal). Mostly users are not aware of this slippage, because the frontend providers (e.g. Valora) do not warn their users beforehand.
Lightweight solution for Mento will be that frontend providers warn their users in case of high slippage.
Another proposed solution is that Mento will revert trade above x% slippage by default unless this protection is explicitly bypassed via a parameter.
