Acceptance criteria: share the framework with the community The framework of how assets can be submitted in Mento 1.0. To be replaced with another framework when we have a better understanding of the Mento 2.0 release schedule.

The idea of the circuit breaker is to adjust the attack surface of Mento proportionally to the uncertainty. It is also a feature that is required for improvements within affiliated mechanisms, e.g. oracle decentralisation.
